Black Pearl King Oyster ~~$ 8.00~~ $ 8.00 8.0 USD PICKUP and LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY!! One of our personal favorites, these meaty mushrooms are mild but delicious. Lacking the earthiness traditionally associated with mushrooms, these develop a rich meaty quality when browned well. These mushrooms are great in stir fry, broth-based soups, egg dishes, sauteed alone, as the focal point of simple dishes, or for making vegan scallops, squid, or pulled pork.
