Saturday, September 26th 10:00-11:00am

Mushrooms contain a huge variety of novel or uncommon compounds that impact our health and physiology.

These can stimulate immunity to potentially help treat and prevent disease and tumor growth, stimulate nerve growth and prevent cognitive decline, and positively impact blood sugar, cholesterol, dietary fiber levels, and more.

We'll discuss how to best use mushrooms in cooking, how we use them in our home, and how to best use mushrooms for health in teas, tinctures, supplements, and our daily diet.
