Have questions about mushrooms?
Want to know how and why you should eat them?
Are you curious about their medicinal and ecological uses?

Well, then Join us for a 3 hour class on all things mushroom!

We'll start with an overview of the nutritional, medicinal, and culinary aspects of fungi, molds, and mushrooms.

Followed by a small 3 course mushroom lunch and discussion about how to use mushrooms in  delicious, everyday cooking.

We will finish the afternoon discussing some of the fascinating and astonishing uses of fungi in science, industry, and gardening. As well as our unique observations about the animal-like, decision making, problem solving behavior of mushrooms that we've had the privilege of observing over the years.
